When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between The Brighton Zip and yourself.

Prices
Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes and there are no surcharges whatsoever. Once you have paid, we will not increase the price of your tickets.

Prices displayed on the site are subject to change without notice.

Cancellations

All tickets and bookings are NON-REFUNDABLE. Any customer that wishes to change the date of a booking must contact the Brighton Zip who shall attempt to accommodate the alternative date.

Online Booking
Once purchased on-line tickets may not be used in conjunction with any other offer. No ticket may be resold.

Tickets can be purchased online at www.brightonzip.com - Tickets booked online will be subject to availability and may only be in limited quantities for certain time slots.

Tickets are valid for the date and time selected and must be redeemed at this time.

When a ticket is purchased online, you must either print and bring a copy of your ticket showing its barcode or show the email including barcode to be scanned upon arrival on a mobile device/smartphone. The ticket will not be valid without this.

Please bring along your booking reference number and/or email print out.
