Do you issue refunds?

No, we regret we are unable to issue refunds online. Please contact info@brightonzip.com for further information.

If I don't have a printer..

Make a note of your booking reference number and bring this with you, alongside some ID. 

Can I purchase a ticket in-store or on the day?

If there are spaces available you are welcome to book on the day. Booking online guarantees your preferred time slot but you can book at the ticket office on site for another date or time.

How do the Gift Vouchers work?

A customer will purchase a gift voucher from the brighton zip website. Upon purchase the brighton zip team will be notified, and will send out a unique coupon code to either the recipient of the voucher or the initial customer, based upon the option they have selected. 

With this code the indivudal can book a timeslot through our normal bookings, and apply the coupon code on the checkout in order to reduce the fee to 0.

Do you offer a resident discount?

We do offer a resident discount for resident's of Brighton & Hove living in postcodes BN, BN2, BN3, BN41.

However we do not take bookings for resident tickets, please visit our full website for further details on our FAQ's page.
